We’re looking for a Workplace Services Coordinator to join
our London office, where you’ll play a key role in creating a high‑quality,
welcoming workplace experience for everyone who uses our space – from colleagues to visitors. This is a great opportunity to

This is a permanent on‑site role with shifts between our
core hours of 8:00am–6:00pm Monday to Friday and may
include occasional visits to our other UK offices in Bristol and Reading.
About the team
Workplace Services support both employees and business needs
creating a comfortable, efficient and well equipped environment. From
maintaining a clean, pleasant and safe workplace, to providing services
focusing on Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Security and Insurance, Post and
Records Management. The team comprises of Workplace Services Managers,
Coordinators and our Boardrooms Receptionists across 3 UK offices.
What you'll do
Reporting into the Workplace Services Manager, you will
support the smooth and efficient running of our office, with a strong focus on
facilities management and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for building, facilities
and workplace queries
- Supporting supplier and contractor management, including
logging and following up issues
- Completing internal audits (cleaning, floor walks, health
& safety checks)
- Providing support for meeting rooms and events, including
bookings, set‑up and room moves
- Carrying out day‑to‑day operational and administrative
tasks, including monitoring shared mailboxes
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and professional environment,
liaising with key stakeholders both within and outside the business
- Contributing to a positive experience for colleagues and
visitors across the office
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and parcels, ensuring
accurate and confidential records
You will receive full training on our systems and processes,
which may include First Aid, Fire Marshal, Evac Chair, IOSH Working Safely and
Manual Handling training.
The team are committed to support you in the role and you
will have the opportunity to develop your skills to grow within the Workplace
Services function.
Who we're looking for
Someone who is eager to learn and develop within workplace
and facilities services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role or administrative
experience in a corporate environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly using Microsoft Office
applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience of formatting spreadsheets and transposing data
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Good organisational and communication skills, with the
ability to manage multiple tasks
- A strong customer service focus and confidence dealing with
people at all levels
- A strong sense of ownership of tasks and the ability to see
them through to completion
- Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to support
colleagues and wider team needs
