We’re building a new in-house creative team at Osborne Clarke to transform how we show up as a brand across our digital channels and flagship campaigns.
You’ll focus on high-quality design delivery, creating engaging visuals, layouts and motion assets that bring our brand to life for clients and colleagues. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer and the wider team to deliver a standout experience across all our touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, cares about craft and wants to grow their skills in a collaborative team. We are happy for the role to be based in either our London or Bristol office with hybrid working.
Deliver standout design for campaigns and business development
- Design on-brand creative for marketing campaigns, events, internal communications and thought leadership.
- Work closely with the bids and business development teams to design compelling pitch decks, proposal documents and client-facing materials.
- Maintain and refine templates, visual assets and presentation styles so our bids feel unique.
- Adapt and roll-out campaign concepts across multiple formats and channels, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
Bring our content to life across digital and social
- Create social media assets (static, animated and short-form video) that are clear, engaging and tailored to each platform.
- Design website assets and other digital content, working within our design system and templates.
- Design and animate motion graphics for social, website and internal communications.
Support the creative process and team
- Work closely with the Design Manager to interpret briefs, explore routes and deliver against agreed concepts.
- Take feedback from stakeholders and refine designs while maintaining quality, creative and alignment with the brand guidelines.
- Help maintain and evolve our asset libraries, templates and design files so work is efficient and consistent.
About you:
- Experience working as a designer in an in-house or agency professional services or B2B environment.

- Comfortable interpreting briefs, working to brand guidelines and adapting concepts across multiple formats and channels.
