You will work closely with Partners, Lawyers, PAs, Business Development and Marketing colleagues, supporting the planning, production and optimisation of multimedia content for use across social, web and internal platforms.

Other key responsibilities include:

Multimedia content production

  • Supporting the end-to-end production of multimedia content (video, podcasts and photography) from planning and storyboarding through to filming, editing and delivery.
  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for London studio operations, including set-up, equipment checks and inventory management, ensuring the studio is used safely.
  • Operating camera, audio and lighting equipment to capture high-quality visual content, and briefing stakeholders so they are prepared and comfortable on camera.
  • Editing video and audio content, optimising assets for social, web and internal channels.
  • Capturing and editing photography for use across multiple channels.

Social media production

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of social content that amplifies multimedia assets and key campaigns.
  • Supporting social planning, copywriting, approvals and publishing.
  • Supporting social scheduling and contributing to organic activity across social media platforms.
  • Supporting the delivery and optimisation of paid social campaigns, using LinkedIn Business Manager.
  • Tracking and reporting on social and multimedia performance.

Digital content, collaboration and governance

  • Maintaining and updating website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and alignment with brand and tone of voice.
  • Planning and coordinating content for external office screens.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the firm to ensure content is well planned, aligned to priorities and delivered effectively.

We are looking for

  • Proven experience delivering multimedia and content projects in a complex or professional environment.
  • A collaborative, creative mindset that brings strong ideas and execution.
  • Professional, proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach to handling time-sensitive content requests.
  • Strong understanding of content performance, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights and recommendations to senior colleagues.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
  • Comfortable working with technical equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) and studio environments.
  • Excellent project management, time management and organisation skills, with precise attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including coaching colleagues through filming and recording sessions.
  • Proven experience delivering a range of content projects, managing approvals and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media management tools.
  • Strong process and workflow management skills.
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro and Adobe Express.
  • Practical experience operating camera and video recording equipment, studio lighting and microphones, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Experience of using social media management tools, ideally including Sprout Social.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office products, with strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
