We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Real Estate team in our London office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on varied, high quality work for top quality commercial clients across all areas of our Real Estate practice but with a particular focus on investment and real estate finance work.
The practice

We have made a long-term investment in our real estate practice both in the UK and internationally, offering extensive expertise in investment across numerous asset classes, logistics, student accommodation, regeneration, residential and commercial development, energy and utilities. Our team approach, industry knowledge and excellent communication enable us to deliver a full and thorough service to our clients operating across our UK offices in Bristol, London and Reading.
Our clients
We act for numerous PLC clients – often on a national, multi service line panel basis. Our list of clients is impressive and includes– British Land, GLP, Barratt, Mirastar, Patrizia, M&S, Canary Wharf Group, Nuveen, DTZIM, AEG, M&G, PGIM, ICG, Taylor Wimpey, U&I, St Modwen, Vodafone, SEGRO, Partners Group and Greystar to name a few.
The team
The real estate team is made up of over 80 lawyers, plus 23 Partners in the UK. The team works collaboratively in client teams across our London, Bristol and Reading offices and the Bristol team comprises a large number of partners and experienced lawyers, running some of our largest client relationships. Louise Cartwright (Partner) leads the whole of the UK team.
Technical skills and experience
We are looking to appoint a very capable and experienced commercial property lawyer who is able to progress their own matters with support from partners, and plenty of client contact. Due to the nature of the work and structure of the team we are looking to appoint an experienced lawyer in this area.
