After a period of sustained growth and continued investment
in our Change & Transformation capability, Osborne Clarke are looking to
further strengthen our team with the appointment of a Change Manager, based in
our Bristol or London office.
This role will be central to designing and delivering the
change management activities that successfully embed people, process and
technology change across a range of programmes and projects, supporting the
firm’s strategic priorities.
This is a permanent position offering hybrid working, with
part-time or flexible arrangements considered.
The role
The Change Manager will be a key member of our Change &
Transformation team, working closely with colleagues across Portfolio
Management, Business Analysis and Programme & Project Management to ensure
change is understood, well-managed and successfully adopted. You will design
and implement structured change management approaches that drive faster
adoption, minimise disruption and maximise benefits realisation across the
firm.
Other key responsibilities include:
Change Strategy & Design
·
Complete and use change impact assessments to
shape effective change strategies that enable a smooth transition from current
to future state.

Design structured change management plans that
integrate people, process and technology considerations across the project
lifecycle.
·
Define and track measures of success, including
behavioural and process changes, to demonstrate the impact of change management
activities.
·
Identify and mitigate risks within change
approaches, proactively addressing potential barriers to adoption and
engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
·
Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement
approaches that build understanding, commitment and advocacy for change
outcomes.
·
Develop and maintain clear, tailored
communications that respond to stakeholder needs and provide constructive
challenge where required.
·
Facilitate workshops, briefings and discussions
that generate participation, harness diverse perspectives and build consensus
without relying on formal authority.
·
Support partners, leaders and change sponsors to
communicate change effectively and to role-model desired behaviours.
Benefits, Readiness & Adoption

Work with Project and Programme Managers and
Business Analysts to input into benefits realisation plans, ensuring change
activities support agreed business outcomes.

Assess change readiness across impacted groups
and recommend targeted interventions to increase adoption and sustain new ways
of working.

Define and use feedback mechanisms and metrics
to monitor transition progress and embed continuous improvement into change
delivery.
·
Support work to improve processes, enhance
operational performance and strengthen client and user experience as part of
change initiatives.
Portfolio Integration & Ways of Working
·
Support portfolio-level integration by
understanding interdependencies, change capacity and sequencing to avoid
saturation and maximise value across the firm.

Collaborate with colleagues in the Change &
Transformation team to align approaches, share insights and maintain consistent
standards.

Use appropriate tools, technology and AI to
generate insight, improve efficiency and support decision-making within change
management activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of
change methodologies, templates and tools, helping to refine how we deliver
change across Osborne Clarke.
